Adaline Tupper
Note: Adaline is listed in Tuppers in America book as daughter of Simeon Tupper and Phoebe Hilda White; her birthdate is listed as 3/27/1815, which is unlikely. Her sister Emaline’s birthdate is listed as 5/27/1815, only two months later. Emaline’s year of birth matches census records. There is a daughter in this family born before 1800 that is not accounted for; this could be Adeline.
Her spouse is listed as Ebenezer Ackley; there is no record of an Ebenezer Ackley except as an African American who served in the Civil War; was from Mass.
There are no other Ackley’s in the same vicinity as any other Tupper families and Adeline Ackley is not listed in 1850 census with appropriate age time frame.
