Mrs. Florence Forbes Leggate, 72, resident of Superior, WI, and a native of Sheboygan County, died Thursday night at her home, following a long illness.
Mrs. Leggate was born at Adell March 18, 1864, and for the past 37 years resided in Superior. She was a member of the Fifty-ninth Street Methodist church there.
Survivors are her husband, Thomas J. Leggate, a son Donald J., both of Superior; two brothers, Charles Forbes of Adell, and Volney Forbes of Aurora, Mo; two grandchildren and a niece.

In the 1910 census, it indicates Florence had 5 children, but only one survived.
Had last been seen in Oshkosh by Dalina twenty years prior to Thomas’ death. Wrote letter to her mother stating she was leaving for Superior, WI shortly after that. Went by Rose.
