Parents:  Jesse Butterfield (1756-1830) and Betsey Knight (1759-1813)

 

Siblings: Jesse,  Polly, Levi,  Amory,  Betsey,  Emma 

 

Marriage:  5/25/1821 Marsena Alexander (1798-1867), Battlebro, Windham Co, VT

 

Children: Mila Ellen (1822),  Lucinda (1824),  *Adeline (1827),  Curtis (circa 1829/30) ,  Bradley (1829/30),  Lavele (1832),  Warren (1834),  Julia (1836),  Catherine (1838),  Caroline (1842)  

*note: these names were found in the census living with Luke and Marsena, relationships to the head of household are not indicated until the 1880 census, so actual relationships are speculative. Some of the females could represent daughters-in-law.
