Born: 7/8/1830 Parishville, NY
Parents: Harvey Tupper and Joanna Willis
Siblings: Oramel E., Ansel, Charles Perry, Henry Newton, Sarah Dana, Marcus/Marquis DeLayfatette
Marriage: Lamira Peck
Children: Sheridan P. (Dec. 1862-1904) Sheridan was a prominent actor in NY, married but no children. Died of pneumonia 4/10/1904, age 50; two sons died in infancy, Herbert and Emorett.
Death: 3/10/1864, Decatur, Illinois. Gave his life in the Civil War from exposure on the march from Chattanooga to Knoxville, aged 34 years. Inspired to serve in the Civil War after his brother was killed. He was taken ill in 1862 and never regained his health, he returned home Jan 7, 1864 and died two months later. Buried beside his brother, Ansel.
