Obituary:

Sheboygan Times article:

The funeral of Thomas Forbes took place at ten o’clock last Wednesday forenoon, from his residence. The Rev. Wells officiated, and G.A. Leifer directed the obsequies. The pall bearers were Henry Chambers, Craft, Haag, Larry Reilly, Thomas Taylor, Alfred Tracy and Dennis Doherty. The remains were laid to rest in the R. Swann cemetery in the town of Sherman. Mr. Forbes had arrived at the advanced age of 70 years and was one of the oldest settlers in town. (Note: incorrect info about arriving at advanced age, as he was about 25 y/o when coming to WI) He was a true husband, a kind father and a good citizen.
